About Dr. Greenwood
Dr. Lori Greenwood grew up in northern Virginia where, as a teenager, she worked as a manager, technician, and receptionist at Minnieville Animal Hospital. She received a bachelors of science degree in Biology at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina, where she graduated with foreign language honors in Spanish.
After receiving her degree, she attended St. Georges University School of Veterinary Medicine on the Caribbean Island of Grenada and then transferred after two years to Iowa State University. In May of 2009, Dr. Greenwood obtained her veterinary degree from Iowa State University.
Dr. Greenwood has a special interest in dermatology and soft tissue surgery. She also actively serves on the board of directors for the Prince William County Humane Society.
She lives in Dumfries with her husband and two daughters enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her kids.
On June 4th, 2018, Dr. Greenwood became the new owner of Minnieville Animal Hospital.

About Dr. Wagner
Dr. Kimber Wagner is a recent graduate of Ross University. She obtained her degree after completing her clinical year at Iowa State University.
Her veterinary adventure started 13 years ago as a veterinary technician working under Dr. Greenwood at Minnieville Animal Hospital. While being mentored by Dr. Greenwood, Dr. Wagner fell in love with the profession from day one.
Dr. Wagner grew up as a Marine Brat and has lived across the United States but considers the DMV area as home. Soon after relocating, she met her soon to be husband, Sam. Dr. Kimber and Sam live with their 6 year old Rottweiler “Khan” and Cane Corso “Bane”.
In her spare time she enjoys activities such as continuing advanced canine training sessions with her dogs, landscape architecture, golf, and racing motorcycles on the racetrack. She is a lover of outdoor activities.
Dr. Wagner has special interest in advanced diagnostic imaging, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery as well as proactive wellness care.

We took our dog Shadow to Minnieville for almost 14 years. They treated him like he was one of their pets. They always took great care of him from shots, to grooming, to surgery and regular visits. We had to say goodbye to him recently and they we so very compassionate and supportive to him and our family. We are grateful for the care they gave him and would recommend them for the care of your family friend.
We had to take our 3 year old lab in for an urgent visit. He had a pinched nerve above his hips. The entire staff was very kind. Our dog felt calm and had a great rapport with the techs as well as the vet. The vet explained everything very well and was extremely empathetic. I would definitely recommend using this office for any medical treatment your animals require.
